• Registrants are liable for all non-refundable incurred program expenses (airfare and hotel).

• All registration cancellations must be made on or by March 27, 2026, to receive a full refund of the program fee, excluding non-refundable expenses such as airfare.

• Refund requests received after March 27, 2026, will not be accepted or refunded.

• For packages including hotel and/or airfare, reservations are handled by Siemens Healthineers based on the request made during registration. Hotel accommodations include hotel room and tax at the designated hotel only. Attendees are responsible for any other incidental charges to their hotel room and will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in at the hotel for these expenses.
• Please note that Siemens Healthineers is not responsible for weather-related and/or airline delay or cancellation-related expenses. Transportation to and from the hotel (including cab fares, rental cars, personal car mileage, etc.), parking fees, and meals outside of those offered in the Innovations symposium are not included in registration fees.
